EXCLUSIVE: Inside Democrats' bizarre fake town hall in Pennsylvania: Attendees claim Trump is Hitler, demand immediate impeachment
Democrats attempted to capitalize on congressional recess by hosting town hall-style events across America.
Their attempt to do so in Rep. Rob Bresnahan’s (R., Pa.) was so strange that they don’t list it alongside any of the other events that they held — and footage obtained exclusively by the Washington Reporter gives an indication of why.
“Voters across the country are furious,” the Democrats claimed. And attendees at the Pennsylvania so-called town hall had interesting ways of expressing their anger.
After an organizer kicked the event off by encouraging people to “shout out” their frustrations, things went down hill quickly.
Attendees compared President Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler, urged Congress to impeach him again, and claimed that every one of Trump’s top administration officials is “demented, low IQ, cringe, [and] horrible.”
One compared voting for Trump to voting for Hitler.
“I spoke to an Orthodox Jew the other day and he was so thrilled that these bad people had [been] sent away,,” she said. “And I’m a Jewish person, and I said, ‘that’s stupid. You know, they always come for us eventually’...He said they voted for Hitler in Germany.”
“The Jews did…I should have said ‘well, you just did it again,’” the attendee said.
Speaker Mike Johnson (R., La.) previously told the Reporter in an interview that many of these events are part of “a well-organized project that is sometimes funded by George Soros groups and others, where they will go and just flood the zone.”
At the “Good Trouble Festival” in Pennsylvania, there were also calls for Trump to be impeached immediately.
“It’s right there in Section 14, Amendment 14, Section 3. It is perfectly, 100 percent legal to impeach him now and nothing else has to happen. So our Congresspeople are our Senators need to know this, that they have to impeach and they can’t put you up by saying we need more legislation. No, we do not,” the attendee said to applause.
Another attendee claimed that she’s “got more balls” than Trump does while another said that there isn’t enough coverage of Trump’s deportations.
“We need more coverage, we need people to say, ‘they are kidnapping people, and they are sending them to places unknown, and we don’t even know where they’re going.”
At the event’s conclusion, the host thanked everyone for attending his “Ted Talk.”
“Please get some cake, please get some cookies,” he added.
