Rep. Claudia Tenney (R., N.Y.) has spent almost half a million dollars to ensure that Republicans keep the House majority next week. This cycle, Tenney and her aligned groups have raised slightly more than $3 million.
Tenney, who won one of 2020’s closest House races, has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to both the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) and to over 30 House GOP incumbents and challengers across the country.
Now, with victory all but assured for her next week, Tenney is aiding her current and future colleagues. Some recipients, like Scott Baugh in California and Rep. Juan Ciscomani (R., Ariz.) are locked in tight races; others, like Reps. Mike Ezell (R., Miss.), Celeste Maloy (R., Utah), and William Timmons (R., S.C.) faced tough primaries this cycle.
In addition to donating to House candidates from around the country, Tenney also took care of business closer to home, routing thousands of dollars to New York Reps. Brandon Williams, Mike Lawler, and Marc Molinaro.
